    I bought this jacket to replace my mountain hardwear kelvinator jacket. While that is a good coat, the hooded phantom is great. I've worn the hooded phantom in sub zero temps, and with a decent base layer, it performs well. The fit is slightly generous to accommodate aforementioned base layers, where the kelvinator is not. I have nothing negative to say about this jacket, I love it. For a great price, you get a very warm , light, and durable insulation piece.
