For windy, cold weather activities, this coveted soft shell keeps you warm and windchill-free beneath its windproof exterior and comfortable fleece backer. A hem cinch-cord allows you to adjust for a precise fit, and dual zip hand pockets and left Napoleon chest pocket provide ample space to stash essentials. Whether worn as an exterior shell, or a standalone jacket, this soft shell is ideal for mild aerobic activities in challenging, inclement weather.

              My son has not taken this off since he got it. It doesnt look warm but it is. He loves that its not bulky to carry and it fits in his backpack and his locker. This site had best price on internet.

                  Great jacket at great price! Classic look that's appropriate with multiple kids of attire. Definitely for use in colder weather, too warm for spring since it's not terribly breathable. Does a great job keeping you warm without a lot of bulk and keeps wind and rain at bay. One dislike is the weird stiff velcro closures at the wrists.

                  I've been thinking about buying an Apex for ages. Finally saw it on the O2 website at a fantastic price and ordered one. The jacket arrived quickly and, not surprisingly given that it was a TNF product, the quality was great. However, the jacket was too big for me (i'm six foot, 185 lbs and had ordered a large) and so I had to send it back. O2's return service - which is all too often the poor side of internet shopping - was extremely easy to use and I received a refund in quick time - which makes me think I will certainly be using O2 again.

                  Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

                      I bought this jacket for my husband to go on ski trips. Not bulky like the other down jackets, but still keep him warm. water repellant so it is also a jacket for rainy or snowy weather. Will definitely recommend this jacket and o2gearshop to our friends.
