    I primarily use these boots for hunting. I was looking for a pair of boots to replace after I finally wore out my old leather boots. I was looking at Salomon boots and saw they were name checked in "No Easy Day"...the Navy Seal who wrote the book wore them all over the mountains of Aghanistan and had great things to say about them. They are probably the best boots I've purchased. They are comfortable, durable yet lightweight and waterproof. The price was excellent through O2gearshop. I would highly recommend the boots.
