    I've been using the Speedcross 3 for over two years now. As I trail run 20-30 miles a week I go through a pair about every 2.5 months. In Arizona I run a lot of crushed granite terrain so the aggressive traction is critical to my style. I run the Grand Canyon every two months and my feet feel great. After trying multiple other trail-runners before switching to SpeedCross I don't think I will ever change.
