Baseplates
The Composite 30% Slasher Baseplate is super lightweight with a smooth, even FS flex. The new design allowed Salomon to shave off 100g per pair, and the polycarbonate material allows for even Freestyle flex.
Straps
The 3D Prime Core Ankle Strap is lightweight and curves perfectly to the shape of your boot for a crease-free flex, with super durable Cordura piping that’s built to last. The True-Grip Fast-Fit toe strap is also lighter weight as well as being soft to the touch, gripping you toe box without crushing it. One less step when strapping in, one more dialed in detail that works.
Highbacks
The women’s Optistream Highback is the brain-child of 30 years of Salomon expertise on c parts, resulting in a time-tested, totally natural flex from lightweight materials, applied to a women-specific shape and flex (flex rating=3).
