Residents of Wisconsin know that a change in the weather can be extreme - the versatile, 3-in-1, waterproof/windproof Tres Parka keeps one from switching coats midseason. The 2-layer 100% polyester stretch-twill jacket has a waterproof/breathable H2No® barrier, a Deluge® DWR (durable water repellant) finish and a recycled polyester lining. The shell also features a 2-way full zip with storm flap, a tall, zip-through stand-up collar, an adjustable snap-on hood and zippered handwarmer and internal security pockets. The zip-out interior coat features ultrawarm 600-fill goose-down insulation and chevron quilting for added appeal, with invisible-zip handwarmer pockets. Both have princess seaming for a contoured fit. Wear the down jacket alone or pair it with shell for the ultimate warm, waterproof package. Length falls above the knee.

      Great for getting around town and country in comfort, whether it's snowing, sleeting, raining or just freezing!
      The inner down coat does shed a lot of feathers (esp. at first), but hopefully that will stop with time ... or after I've washed in a time or two.
      One major peeve is that there's no inside pocket on the outer-coat ... :(
      Also, the sleeves are a bit long (for me) and the waist is rather Empire hight - so around my ribcage as opposed to waist ... and I haven't figured out the hood yet - by tightening it, it slips off my forehead ... but it's still a really comfy, versatile, warm and good looking coat!

          Fits very well - makes me look skinny! You cant tell how flattering it is online. I'm 5'7" 150 lbs and a medium is perfect except the arms were too long by like an inch. I will deal with it though. Not sure how it will be in the super cold since it's spring but I anticipate at least decent.

            I bought this coat after seeing them in a local store, but not in my size. It is long enough to cover the tops of my legs and has a hood. It has a zip-out down liner, so it will be versatile for many weather conditions. It is a casual coat and not so sporty that I can't wear it to better restaurants, etc. The sleeves are a little long, but that's a common problem for me. The pockets could be definitely bigger. O2 had the best price, too. I vary between a small and a medium, and I definitely needed a medium in this coat.

            I tried this jacket on in a store initially and was instantly smitten with its construction, style, fit, and function. "o2 Gearshop" had the color and size I needed in stock and at better price than the store! I am six feet tall, slender, yet have an athletic build, and the Medium felt as if it was tailored for me. I have not had any problems with the zippers, and while the jacket's outside pockets are indeed shallow, I do not feel this compromises the integrity of the jacket as a whole. My experiences with Patagonia products has always been amazing and I am sure that I will get sick of wearing this jacket well before it begins to wear out from use!
