Product Details - 2011 K2 Charger w/ MX 14.0 Bindings


The Charger features a 74mm waist and brand new Speed Rocker Technology making it incredibly nimble, precise and easy to initiate on the groomers. The Charger features a Metal Laminate Hybritech construction that is firm and solid under foot yet lighter weight in the tip and tail for quicker, more accurate turns. The Charger delivers the ultimate hold while laying down arcs on firmer terrain.

Skis carve excellent on groomed runs and handles they can turn well in the heavy/deep crud with the rocker technogy, however, wider skis would be better in the deeper snow.

A Wonderful Ski

I demoed these skis and loved them. I am 69 years old and was looking for a ski that is easy turning and provided a feeling of confidence on all types of surfaces. This ski out performed all of my expectations.

    Another step forward in making skiing easier. Moved up from K2 Axis X. Easy turning. Wider. Easy to adjust bindings forward or rearward, depending on how I want to ski. At this price, it's a no-brainer.

    Real carving machine!

    Yesterday my first try new ski. Wet granular after rain and icy. Unbelievable performance, even that horrible condition max speed 60km/hr very good in carve, strong side grip. I love it!

    Tried these out at a demo day and I could not believe what a difference they are from my 9 year old skis. It's like going from a pickup truck to a sports car. It is going to make skiing a lot more fun again. I'm a 62 year old guy who wasn't skiing as much as I used to but i'll be putting more days on the slope with these.

    I'll be 70 years old soon, and my knees aren't what they used to be. So I don't ski anything but corduroy groomers (black, blue, or green), but I like to ski them fast. This ski is "...just what the doctor ordered". Can't wait to get out to Colorado this winter.
