Product Details - Patagonia Women's Insulated Snowbelle Pants


These insulated pants serve notice to the fickle weather of Mount Snow that you're here to stay. Supple and warm, they keep the heat turned up with a compressible layer of stay-warm-when-wet Thermogreen® insulation. It's held in place with an internal lining of soft taffeta for wickability and a smooth glide. The durable shell is made from a 2-layer, 150-denier 100% polyester fabric with a waterproof/breathable H2No® barrier and a Deluge® DWR (durable water repellent) finish for bomber storm performance. Thigh vents act like thermostats to control your inner temperature; they're mesh-lined to keep snow out. The cuffs have burly scuff guards and internal gaiters. Soft, brushed tricot lines the internally adjustable waist that has loops on the rear yoke seam (that connect to the powder skirt on all Patagonia® Ski/Snowboard jackets). Two pockets in front, two in back and one on the thigh (with an integrated pass holder) hold the little things in life. With a feminine silhouette.

  • Loops on rear yoke securely attach pant to powder skirt on any Patagonia Ski/Snowboard Jacket to keep snow out
  • Mesh-lined interior thigh vents release heat and keep snow out; articulated knees improve mobility
  • Gaiters keep the snow out, while tough scuff guards protect inside of leg and bottom hem
  • Pockets: Two secure zippered handwarmers and one right thigh that secures with hook and loop
  • Shaping in the seat and slight boot cut provide a feminine silhouette

        These pants are awesome! They run a little on the large side, but that just leaves room for layering underneath if needed. I'm 5'5" and 125 and am happy with the small. Will just wear a belt if wearing without under layers.

          I am 5'10" and 135lbs and the mediums fit well. They were slightly big but the pants have an adjustable waist so that was helpful. Also they were long enough for me which is sometimes hard for me to find. They are very warm and I love the pink color!

            I had tried several pants on in stores and couldn't find the fit I wanted. I am a definite "pear shape" - full hips, bottom, and high waist. So if you have my body style - THESE ARE THE PANTS FOR YOU. The relaxed fit and large yoke in the back make these the ideal ski pant for the pear shaped woman. I could see, however, where they might appear baggy around the rear on someone with different proportions. I have a 34 inch waist and 44 inch hips and the XL was just right for me. So far I have not had the issue of the snaps popping at the fly, which is a common problem for me in ski wear. Actually these have the most secure snaps of any ski pants I've tried. No more "wardrobe malfunctions" on the slopes! And for insulated pants they really have relatively little bulk. I was afraid they wouldn't be warm enough but the insulation is perfect. I love these pants!

              These are a nice pair of affordable insulated snow pants. My old pair of snow pants were not insulated and I would definitely get cold on days that were in the teens and single digits. But, not with these pants. The other great feature to these pants are that they have an adjustable waist, so I can get just the right comfortable fit. Highly recommend.

                Bought these for a trip to the snow (duh!)- love the color and fit. They are insulated so they are bulkier than just shell pants (which, in retrospect, I could have gotten away with) so they'd be a bit warm for any sort of highly aerobic activity- I wore them cross country skiing in Banff and they were pretty warm.
                Bought the matching Snowbelle 3-in-1 jacket as well, they are a great combo.

                Great pants! I ended up getting a small even though I am more of a "Medium" size girl because they run a little big in the waist...and I still had lots of room for thermals underneath. I like the inner thigh zips for ventilation. Only con is that they are a little bulkier than I would have liked, but overall a great deal!
