• How do I return an item?

Not what you were looking for? No problem. Returns are easy at o2 Gear Shop. Just log into your account by entering your email address and password. Once signed in, click “My Orders” under the My Account section located on the right side of any page. From within the My Orders page you will see an itemized list of all orders you’ve placed with o2GearShop.com. Click “View” to select the order from which you would like to return an item. Simply choose the item which you would like to return and complete the provided online return/exchange form. Ship the item(s) back using the carrier of your choice. Don’t forget to write the provided RMA# on the box and include a copy of your RMA# in the return packaging.

• Requirements for an Exchange / Returns
• Item must be UNUSED and still have any original tags attached.
• ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories
• Return / Exchange items must be shipped within 30 days of receiving the original order
• All returns / exchanges must have a valid RMA#
• An RMA# will automatically be generated after completing the return process on the “My Orders” page.

• Please note, ALL climbing gear sales are final. Due to liability these will not be able to be resold.

• When can I expect a refund on returned items?

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Adjustments to credit cards will be made within 2 billing cycles.

• Is there a restocking fee for returned items?

Returns that have met all return / exchange requirements will not be charged a restocking fee. Any returns that do not meet these requirements are subject to a 15% restocking fee, or higher, if warranted.
