Shipping Policy

All in stock items will be shipped via FedEx between 24 and 72 hours from the time of purchase and followed by a shipping confirmation email containing a FedEx tracking number. Any order placed after business hours, on weekends, and/or holidays will be shipped the following business day. Packages are usually traceable from 12 to 24 hours after the confirmed tracking number has been issued.
is our preferred carrier. Please provide a physical residential or business address where the packages may be sent. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO. Also, notice that all FedEx ground shipments are limited to the lower 48 states within the contiguous United States of America. (Sorry, no Alaska or Hawaii). Alaska and Hawaii customers may experience increased shipping costs due to extended transit time or Air service. If you live in an area that fails to meet any or all of these prerequisites, please call our customer service hotline: 1.877.50.4GEAR. We will be happy to facilitate another means of shipment, however customers may incur additional costs in these cases.

Depending on the geographic location and level of service selected, FedEx shipment may take anywhere from 1 to 5 days for delivery after the FedEx tracking number has been issued via email. Notice: the day your merchandise is shipped does not count as a day in transit.
